First Friday Art Trail. Food Trucks, Vendors, Art, & More!
Every month, downtown Lubbock comes alive with color, creativity, and community spirit during the First Friday Art Trail. This beloved event, held from 6-9 PM on the first Friday of each month, transforms downtown Lubbock into a vibrant hub for artists, art lovers, and families alike.
The First Friday Art Trail is more than just an art walk—it's a celebration of local talent and culture. Galleries, studios, and businesses open their doors to showcase a diverse array of artwork, from paintings and sculptures to photography and mixed media.
Food trucks & vendors line the streets, offering everything from tacos to gourmet treats. Live music fills the air, and interactive activities invite guests of all ages to get creative. The event is free and open to everyone, making it a perfect outing for families, friends, or anyone looking to experience the artistic side of Lubbock.

Lubbock Impact is enhancing health and nutrition support for local residents, recently unveiling the Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic.
This new clinic delivers no-cost medical care to uninsured adults ages 19 to 64, bridging a crucial gap for an estimated 54,000 area residents without insurance.
Volunteer healthcare professionals offer help with minor illnesses, chronic conditions, and general care, available most Tuesday mornings by appointment.
Lubbock Impact also combats food insecurity through its Food & Hygiene Pantry, providing groceries and essentials Monday evenings and Thursday mornings.
Locals can use the pantry monthly with ID, while community donations keep shelves filled.
The weekly Community Meal every Tuesday welcomes neighbors for hot dinners and connection, supported by generous volunteers. Read More... |
