A Rock Musical Retelling of the Infamous Lizzie Borden Story |
Prepare for an electrifying theatrical experience as Texas Tech University's School of Theatre & Dance presents 'Lizzie', a rock musical that reimagines the notorious tale of Lizzie Borden.
Directed by Lydia Wagner with music direction by Sebastian Archibald, this production blends punk and rock music to narrate the events leading up to the 1892 double homicide and the subsequent trial of Lizzie Borden.
Public performances are scheduled from October 9 to 19, 2025, at the Black Box Theatre within the School of Theatre & Dance Complex, located at 2812 18th Street.
Showtimes are at 7:30 PM from Thursday to Saturday and at 2:00 PM on Sundays.
Ticket prices are as follows:
$20 for General Admission
$10 for TTU Faculty & Staff
$5 for Students with a valid ID
Texas Tech students can also take advantage of free ticket options through the Student Preview on October 8 or by accessing reserved student tickets for public performances.
Free parking is available in the R03 lot, situated east of the Theatre & Dance Complex.
